All products sold by Paramount Peptides are research chemicals intended EXCLUSIVELY for in-vitro laboratory research purposes only. Products are NOT for human or animal use, consumption, or any form of bodily introduction. By placing an order, you acknowledge acceptance of our Terms and Conditions and the Legal Notice included with all shipments.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n

All Sales Are Final<\/h2>\n

Due to the nature of research chemicals and the impossibility of verifying product integrity after delivery, Paramount Peptides does not accept returns of any products once shipped. This policy protects the integrity of our products and the safety of the research community.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n

Order Cancellations<\/h2>\n

Before Shipment:<\/strong> Order cancellations are accepted and will receive a full refund if requested before your order has shipped.<\/p>\n

After Shipment:<\/strong> Once your order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order.<\/p>\n

Refunds or replacements may be considered at the sole discretion of Paramount Peptides for the following situations only:<\/p>\n\n

Shipping Damage<\/h3>\n

Time Limit:<\/strong> Claim must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.<\/p>\n

Required Documentation:<\/strong> Photographs of damaged product(s), photographs of packaging showing damage, photograph of shipping label, and your order number.<\/p>\n\n

Wrong Item Received<\/h3>\n

Time Limit:<\/strong> Claim must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.<\/p>\n

Required Documentation:<\/strong> Photograph of item(s) received, your order number, and description of what you ordered vs. what you received.<\/p>\n\n

Missing Items<\/h3>\n

Time Limit:<\/strong> Claim must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.<\/p>\n

Required Documentation:<\/strong> Photograph of items received, photograph of packing slip (if included), your order number, and list of missing items.<\/p>\n\n

Product Quality Concerns<\/h3>\n

Time Limit:<\/strong> Claim must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery.<\/p>\n

Required Documentation:<\/strong> Order number, lot number (from product label), detailed description of the quality concern, and photographs (if applicable).<\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n
